Kim has the all the skills you’d expect from someone who’s been in the business as long as she has been. In all the time I’ve been getting her to book flights and holidays for me, she has always gone way beyond what could be expected.

The Intrepid Premium Japan was fantastic. Was challenging and very interesting. We walked about 90km, including many steps in railway stations saw amazing scenery and visited outstanding places. our tour guide Keni was outstanding, knowledgeable, thoughtful and fun.
